All too often when looking at homes in the paper or on the internet- there is a lack of quality pictures to view. So- we decided to do something about that. Through 123GPP.com- you can now provide up to 21 pictures of your home and post a detailed description of the property. Tell the potential buyer all that you wish about your home. One paragraph or several- this is an opportunity to sell your home. Once the page is posted- you can then include the link to it in any ad's or publications that you or your Real Estate Agent post. Potential buyers will no doubt see the pride you have in your home by way of viewing the several photos you have posted.
There are very few listings that show this much detail and are able to, or allow the seller the opportunity to, write a full and detailed description of all that the home has to offer and about the community as well.

We would love to be able to provide this service for free- but we can't. There is a lot of time involved in setting up the pictures as well as creating the web page. Infact- we will only list 25 homes (at any given time) as that is all the time we can allocate for this part of our service right now. We charge a modest $150 / listing.
